Anyone ever had several bad things happen to your house in a matter as days?

First I had a hot water leak that ruined my floors and they had to be ripped up. Two days later, my A/C went out. Now I just noticed my refrigerator isn't working! I hear it comes in three's, so maybe Im safe now.

Ohhhhh stop !!!! This past summer I had to replace the oven, it was to be delivered on Monday the next day Saturday the fridge went !!!! Ordered a new fridge , to come on Monday also , following week the dryer went!!! back to the shop for a new one because it’s cheaper than having them fixed. But it didn’t stop there. Within a 2 month period I had buy another oven for my guesthouse . Then to pull my hair out of my head the attic water tank developed a leak and I had to replace that , good thing I know plumbing . But you know the saying when it’s shits it pours ...

@SW-User I didn't ask but Im sure they were. also guessing he ordered cars to replace the damage and probably got a big bonus from Mercedes for exceeding his quota

@dentope3 well I filed a claim with my insurance company of 32 years. And luckily my son is a heating and air guy so he's going to fix that tomorrow☺️

@Mbingh01 insurance will pay for the damage but not the appliance that caused the problem and have to weigh the cost versus the deductible
