I'm constantly puzzled by how my director of operations (manager) makes decisions. If you see him as just as a human, you think you are an idiot with a complex not understanding how people need sleep. That's simplistic though; even if apt in how he doesnt care.
Is capitalism fair here? That's the real question. Do we let the tyrant, as they have more capital, reputation, the play roughshod over anothers persons life just as they got a raise once?
