the orange demon tweeted to his base that the Carr forest fire in CA is still going on because

of California's "environmental policies"....apparently all the water is being "pumped into the ocean so there's not enough to put out the fire". The firefighters want to know "what the hell he's getting at!" When will they lock him away?
