Overturning Roe has been the guide post of conservative court appointments for decades. I don’t think it will happen but it’s not far fetched to think it could.

@kate21 there’s no denying pro-life is a common staple of conservativism. But not all conservatives believe in it. I think republicans aren’t trying to divide their own party right now. They realize the foolishness of pursuing RvW overturn

Much to do about nothing. Even if the Supreme Court overturned it, whitch is not likely, then it would be up to the states to determine the law.
