Do men desire to have kids as much as women do? or men feel presssured to have kids? specially after getting married?
Not everyone wants to have kids, although many want to have kids.

I did not want any of them ,I was happy thinking I was impotent ,but I was wrong .
and I was scared to death ,,and I sucked as a Dad ,and husband for that matter
But my son was planned to the day (glad he was a boy ,4 tries and 4 girls )
But now I could not imagine life without them .
My second wife had many reasons to leave me ,but her main one was she wanted kids ,,I was not having it
I had 3 I was paying child support on I couldn't see
The last thing I wanted was a repeat of that
Now I have 2 baby momma's and 4 kids ,and I share my son
Just exactly the thing I didn't want
But I have a killer son ,,and all my kids mean the world to me
But once upon a time ,,I didn't want any of them

@aaaabbbb my life has been a roller coater ride ,
But as for my children , I have great kids
Some have said I made parenting look to easy
its easy to do when you have good kids
You could say we raised each other ,
I never wanted to let them down ,,they showed me the same respect
I could not be any happier how they turned out ,
We had a few rocky years ,but if you raise them right to start with
They will come back to what they know ,at least mine did
Wishing you are much happiness ,
as a rule ,the things I run from
are the things I need ,,they were things I desperately needed

pretty sure my dad was one of those pressured. for marriage and kids. i don’t think he really wanted either of them.

i honestly don’t know. there’s prob a lot of factors, one being that his own parents died young so he had no role models. think it’s just the way he is too. kind of lazy. can’t be bothered with much. @aaaabbbb

@aaaabbbb im not a mom. i think i inherited the anti-parent gene from my dad if there is such a thing. my mom was nuts about having kids and i def didn’t inherit that attitude. so instead of following the crowd like my dad did i decided not to have any. if he is any indication, i will prob be happier doing what i really want.
Pressured? Lol. Don't ejaculate inside a fertile female and you can solve that 'pressure'.
Women have more pressure to do it almost like we are failure if we don't but women have to be pregnant and give birth and breast feed and be drained for 18 years and still have to smile because nobody likes an uncheeful woman

@MushroomFaerie well, that is a difficult one do, how does every male know not to ejaculate inside a fertile female, should ask every time have sex? how about not have sex at all...so do not have worry about the ejaculation.
I understand that there is an immense pressure for society/family/friends to have kids on women. However, i believe now females are better educated to make these decisions and fight peer pressures...who gives f...whether she does or does not have kid...first one or 2nd one.

Generally yes, but not confined to one woman. Theres is a basic need to reproduce with as many females as possible in order to promote successful survival of the male gene.
