@Devilkay0 I do, as well as a lot of people. Not everyone would approach a stranger just to tell him his eyes are beautiful or tell her that her hair looks magnificent today! Would be kinda awkward, don't you think? But that doesn't mean you or anyone else isn't beautiful.
