Destiny or coincidence

Our destiny is a combination of time chance and choices we make. There is no predestination

I believe in causality, but not pre-destiny. I mean, what's the point in life if I'm just following a script someone else wrote? What a boring, purposeless existence. Reality is far more interesting than that.

I believe we create our own destiny, we carve our own paths, whether its good or bad, sometimes at the time of our decision we have thought it might have been the right choice for ourselves. In saying that I like to believe there are snippets of coincidences, that everything isn't always the way it should be, that we can experience somethings by chance, its a surprise and so unexpected...I like to think there could be possibilities of mysteries in life.

I want to believe that everyone has a destiny, but at the same time, some people accomplish little, and then die from choking on peanuts or whatever, so I also don't want to believe that destiny is that cruel.
