Any one here dealing with "toxic shame"?

I actually came across the term through an analysis of Trump's narcissistic personality disorder. Shame avoidance seems to be a part of it.

But even not among narcissists, toxic shame is debilitating.

I think I've suffered from it, and would like to share experiences with other sufferers.
