Why is life on the Internet so different from real life?

I sometimes think life on the internet is more real than real life... it's the unchained thoughts of some people who are often angry, fearful, and unable to get out of their own self-made misery. These same people are there in "real life", they just for the most part, hide it. Here they are free to be who they are.

Those people are called cowards! They feel comfortable being a certain kind of way behind a screen 💻 & keyboard ⌨️ & do things they wouldn’t do in their real lives

There are little to no consequences online.. in the real world, there are more consequences, such as getting your ass kicked for what you say....

Funny thing about anonymity

It’s not too different. The people are the same, both nice and shitty. It’s just that people have a platform to express opinions that they wouldn’t otherwise.

Morons can be their real selves on an electronic device.

When you're anonymous, you're less likely to feel accountable.
