Can it be win/win situations..how can we reconcile differences so that we can move towards those kind of relationships in life

You have to begin with the right people. Those who are willing to reconcile differences are few and far between. Most folks want what they want and they don't have the stuff upstairs that will allow them to escape from that box.

You just have to keep looking. You are right...people like that are like precious gems. I have found a few. Some of them are just very wise. Some of them are very young but have minds wide open...not into being snarky as are so many. You will find them among the free thinkers...among those who love discussion...among those who are extremely creative. People like that are able to escape from the sheep pen.
