Are you deep in what you believe in?

Or in the shallows of getting by?
I don't think having deep beliefs is such a good thing, having a reactive mind is more commendable.

@EarthlingWise Reactive is commendable I concur..

But in absence of depth one might find the universe upon a cereal box.
@Pambi Depth in analysis, being able to concentrate is good, being faithful to old ideas can just be lazy.

@EarthlingWise Interesting...

Faith in the past does not demand a rear view mirror for navigation however.

I have many deep beliefs, but to remain sane in this world much needs to ignored, accepted as is, or denied!
My belief system is stable, and a foundation of my life. It also correlates very heavily with reality!

🤔 On SW we reference puddles.

Never shallow.

@MsAnnThropy Well articulated
Some beliefs are just a part of who I am. But I still try to listen to other views.
Pambi · 26-30, F
@bijouxbroussard A solid state of mind.
