Is that a print or an actual oil painting? The oil paintings are worth more but he doesn't command a great price. There are a number of his works up for sale on ebay. Take a look and see if you can find a copy of what your friend has. Hard to tell which work it is from the photo. It's upside down and not very clear. @SW-User ok. She said it was worth $250 10 years ago when she hung it up. I couldnt find it on google search images. But a bunch of similar ones. Idk why every picture i upload does that.

@CreateTVT I've had the same problem. It has to do with the camera phone and uploading photos into this program. I haven't taken the time to figure out how to correct it.
If it's an oil painting, I don't think it's appreciated in value since then. If it's a print, it's lost it's value. Is there anything printed on the back? That limited edition, even though they're asking for $350 doesn't mean someone will pay it. The easiest way to get a valuation would be for her to go to an art appraiser or, if she wants to sell it, go through ebay, find one that is as similar to that as you can find, then put an equivalent price on it. OR, take a look to see if and for how much, his stuff has sold for, then price it accordingly.
