Would you rather have friends that are smarter than you or dumber?

I like being friends with people that are smarter and more mature than me. I'm naturally drawn to such people. I find them really interesting and enjoyable to talk with. Being friends with people who are smart, mature, and have more life experience has a lot of perks, but it can leave me feeling dumb and green. And I'm not sure what they would get out of my friendship with them. Maybe my devotion and care is enough for them.

Lots of parameters missing here, but get what your asking. Don't really have friend friends, just just alot of people I'm friendly with, don't actively pick and choose.
