Just did a lot of exercise

and it helped stop a lot of negative thoughts. Funny how it can do that. I don't feel so trapped in my room now

The natural endorphin release helps - along with focusing on the exercise (instead of "issues"). Following it up with meditation can help you feel even more at ease. 😌

Good idea ☺️@VeronicaPrincess

I work out more for the mental benefits than the physical ones. Ear buds, and some physical activity and it gets my head right again no matter what.
