How can you stop overthinking?

/thinking negatively about everything?
SW-User
i struggle with some of that too.. that kind of thinking leads to depression when you cant get certain thoughts out of your head that keeps tearing you down.

@SW-User exactly!! You know how it is
SW-User
you doing okay?

You have to try different coping mechanisms until something sticks. There isn't a universal answer.

Just don't think.

If your brain is the problem remove the brain.

Holy shit I found the cure!

@Fangirlsarah1996 lol so basically you're telling me to kill myself

Well I’m not perfect at it but it’s about recognizing that you’re doing it, stopping it, and then thinking about something else.
Itsprincess · 22-25, F
@Bean17 ahh okay, thank you!😊

Oh goodness.
- Do anything else that will focus your mind away from what you're overthinking.
- Accept you do not have control over everything or anyone.
- Directly deal with what you are overthinking and bring it to a quick conclusion.
