I love sitting by a mountain stream and watching the dippers or ouzels fly into the stream and catch water bugs

Watching sunsets. I'm sure others appreciate it to an extent but I couldn't look at the truly beautiful sunsets for more of my life because of my photosensitive epilepsy. So I feel like I appreciate the colors and patterns of sunsets a lot more than most..

Since i was about 15 I go running up a small hill about 50m long at about 3/4 pace, then jog back down to rest, then do it about 10 times in row.. once or twice a week. It seems to give me this fitness boost like nothing else.
