Actions can be dangerous, but words can be lethal

Words are only words.

I'd say the opposite. Technically an action can really kill you... if killers only said words many people would stay alive.
Words can hurt. And that's it.

And thoughts are just insane

Words are harmful but deterable. As with actions. Meaning you decide how far the hurt goes with either one, you don't have to remain a victim to either. If the event passed let the hurts go.
