Have you ever seen the "spirit" of someone floating in or out of some1 else?

Some would say it is a hallucination but I was not drunk nor high and I saw the "spirit" of two men I once loved (whom are STILL alive) floating out of two people's bodies and the expression on both the inhabitant and spirit was so sad and full of regret. Thinking about it gives me chills and I wonder why I saw this Is there a name for it and has anyone else experienced it?
