I don't tolerate blatant tardiness from my employees . I understand things can happen from time to time but constantly showing up late can't be tolerated and that habit will make you unemployable .

I'm always early. I had a teacher (my band director) who always told us, "If you're early, you're on time, if you're on time, you're late, and if you're late, you're screwed." If someone is meeting me, I try to show up before they do, cause I know I hate waiting for someone to show up, so I try not to make others wait too long on me. And when it comes to waiting, once the time we agreed up has passed, I usually give it another ten or 15 minutes, and if they haven't called or texted, then I leave.

I’m on time but tend to find everyone else runs late.
