Why support women empowerment ?

When people can look past gender, and simply come to the realization that PEOPLE SUPPORTING PEOPLE is the answer that is all inclusive and benefits everyone, and stop encouraging division where there is none, we will all be better off.

without Gender bias, world is more beautiful to live and enjoy. Everyone is accounted for.

theoretically there is no problem if both genders are wise. In practise there is flaw to think it applies everywhere.
