Been a crazy past week!!!
Last Tuesday night I get to bed just before 1am... Needed to be up 6am for my daughter's appointment... But at 2am I am awoken because the dog is about to deliver her 1st litter of pups...
With about an hour of sleep I hope delivery is quick... But at 5am dog delivers pup number 11. At 5:30 it seems she is done so I lay down for 30 mins before getting up to get ready for daughter's appointment.
Spend time at hospital first for her physical check up, then to another department to see the therapist.
Get home about 12pm but feeling like a zombie, hoping to get sleep... But 3 pups do not latch on to feed so I 1st spend an hour getting them sorted... Oh I also discovered that pup number 12 arrived while I took that 30 min nap.
Finally I get to nap... To wake up at about 5pm... I notice an itching feeling on my chip just below my lip, but ignore it.
Thursday the itch becomes a pimple.... Friday my bottom lip is slightly swollen and a little tender. Saturday morning my lip is swollen like it is about burst but I figure its just some kinda allergy so off I go to the pharmacy and the pharmacist too suspects allergies and gives pills.
Sunday my lip is even more swollen and I'm in crazy pain! And I notice white pus coming out! Off to doctor I go but as Murphy's law would have it, on this Sunday the doc decides to be closed, whereas he is usually open 7 days a week.
Monday morning I get to the doc... But another doc is standing in for him and she diagnoses a spider bite!
She shoots me up with some anti shit... In my ass... And gives me antibiotics.
Today I return to work but still not fully healed.
Now I just wana sleep it all away and pretend the past few days were just a bad dream.
