I hate feeling vulnerable

Don't we all? But no guts, no glory. Take a risk. Be vulnerable. That's the only time when you're really you. If that works, great. If it doesn't, I can just about promise you'll survive.

Yes, it is scary to be vulnerable, but we control nothing but our own actions. Once we accept that we are free, accepting it is hard and we may never fully achieve that level of acceptance.

Don't we all there others a lot worse off than you so take some comfort in that .

It is a terrifying feeling to be exposed, emotionally, mentally etc
But finding people or just one person you can be vulnerable with is a revelation
