If other employees are taking four fifteen minutes smoke breaks a day, I should most certainly be allowed a one hour nap time.

Make that an hour and a half. Smoking is unhealthy, napping is healthy. The right choice should be rewarded, not just equal to the bad choice.

Agreed. I hate how smoker's stand around talking while I have to work. It's like being punished for not having a filthy disgusting habit.

I think it's not really important what you do as long as you do your job with decent amount of work before the deadline
