I busted a 3 week old 55" smart tv. I was really pissed that I did that, once I calmed down. I've also punched a hole threw my dresser, and have punched my car radio to the point where I cracked the console holding the buttons.

All of which have pissed me off even more after the fact. Haven't broken anything since I realized I was only ruining things that I bust my ass to pay for

Yes, many times. It's much better than taking it out on a person, especially on an innocent person just because they "just happened to be there". I HATE people who do that.
