I Can't Sleep

I've been having dry thought since 7 and at 2 am I sent my mom a message and she hasn't responded. Everytime I try to sleep I feel mucus blocking my throat preventing me from sleeping and it feels dry and it hurts so much I guess its 4 am so I might as well stay up all night
