Oh no!! My best mate has gone through that one.....not good....

Walk around..make yourself a drink..read a book...

@SarahTheHooker Sounds like a good idea. but non alcoholic would be the best for drink. Maybe milk or something

@bhatjc Yep, always milk or a hot chocolate....that's Amber's 'go to' drink of choice if she can't sleep...
