I Can't Sleep

God I'm so dumb I took my modafinil too late (it's a stimulant) and drank a giant coffee because I got a coupon that made the larger size cheaper than the smaller. I did the same thing yesterday and didnt fall asleep until 5 am. It's now nearly 3 am and I'm still completely wired. I had this problem just a little while ago but am doing the same thing over again. U g h. I just wanna sleep.

Caffeine in coffee doesn't have it's effect for more the about half-an-hour.
The rest of the effect is all in the mind, lol

@mathsman that's....completely wrong....the half life of caffeine is 5-6 hours.

@Hush92 Quite so, but after 30 mins the effect is so reduced as not to affect sleep.
But maybe with the quantity you had, kapowee
