I Have Family Members That Get On My Nerves

She comes to me with the same problem over and over, I give advice (that's what she wants right?) Problem just continues because she does nothing about it. I want to help, I really do..I give the best advice I can think of but it's just met with anger and frustration. I feel like I'll be stuck in this loop with her forever. I wish she would just stop talking about it around me, sometimes I just say nothing at all...but that's not right either. 😑
