At work, I personally think there's more chance you're likely to get development or extra experience if you're on a temporary contract, as to a permanent one. At first I was thinking permanent contract would show loyalty, and temporary staff might be at university and studying to go elsewhere. But then?..I suppose the management would like that they're temps...if they're not so good?...they'll be gone soon anyway.. right?....and then the next temp can be used. And I thought loyalty was the way. I suppose they don't want to take that gamble?
