My job sucks...

...but I just spoke with a person ,who was so grateful for my help that she started crying.

Now I feel better, not because she was crying, but because I feel like I helped someone.

Cause sometimes I feel like, " what am I at this job for"??

Keep looking for a job that makes you happy! I highly recommend them.

@awhitedot where do I find people at? I'm joking but thank you. Do you suggest reaching out to strangers on linked in?
What did you originally set out to do?

@iamnikki LinkedIn is good. Any other social networking works as well. I always enjoy talking about my work and I think you will find that most people who enjoy their jobs do. It may take some time to find the right people but definitely don’t be afraid to approach them and ask. What can it hurt?

When you have to ask yourself "what am I doing in this job", it's a huge hint to start hunting for another one. Best time to look for a job is when you already have one. Good luck.

@PatKirby I've been doing so

I've heard many times that people don't leave companies, they leave managers. Do you find this to be true?

@PatKirby in the past yes. This manager is actually decent. It's just too much work. Even me working my absolute hardest, it's still too much. That and the population I serve is difficult.
