Working overtime in the weekend

I only realized that pesticide was sprayed all over my office, just when I arrived there yesterday. I took 1.5 hours bus to go to office and going home right afterwards is another toll travelling totally 3 hours in a row.

So I worked for an hour there, sent 2 emails, and left. My senior was on her way back to office, seeing my WhatsApp to her about the pesticide, she drove back home.

Today I worked from home since the pesticide is probably still in the air, with no air conditioning and window not openable.

I realized I should have worked at home yesterday instead. No matter what, there is no need to risk my life for work.

True. Your life is more important than the work. We have to watch out for our mental and physical health because other people will not do that for us. Definitely not our employers.
Good choice. Monitor for any effects.
