How awkward is it to walk past the same co-workers all day?
I work in a small shared office with 2 other people .
It is joined by a larger office with (initially 2) now 5 people .
Anytime I need to use the copier,or use the restroom or whatever, I have to walk thru my office and thru the larger office to get out.
I find it awkward to walk past the same people all day.
Like what is there to say really?
3 of them are new/from another department.
I don't really know them and don't work closely with them so after I've already greeter them, what else is there to say?
I occasionally will ask how the day is going or what they brought for lunch. Asking anything more , for ME and my introversion, seems like too much work.
