I hate being new at work
Technically, I'm not new to the company but I am new to this position as of 2 weeks ago.
I hate when I ask xyz person for info, and they say " go ask Bob" then you ask bob and he tells you to ask Jim. Then Jim tells you to ask bob for the info.
I feel like a ping pong ball.
Haven't been trained, just got thrown in. There is a new computer program that I haven't been taught how to use.
One guy screenshotted info from this program and said " as you can see here..."
No I cannot, because no one has showed me how to interpret the numbers and codes...
** What makes it even more difficult is that Jim and bob work for different, partner organizations.
I try to destress often
