In my last job.
Hated it but it's harder to be nice than to be mean. Most people take niceness as a weakness.

Fat ladies like me can never expect anything good in any social or work situation. Especially in California where everyone is supposed to be slim and pretty. I am an outcast. To expect anything else sets me up for disappointment.

decafd if this is so in your case you should not have to put up with this there is such thing as bullying at work it is not acceptable you need it to be dealt with
