Yes. Almost everywhere I have been.

The best was at a job where we had a narcissist boss. We had a text group that we started six years ago and we still chat together as of this day.

Old people as colleagues are the best. I have one manager who hands me her entire jar of candy and drags me into her office when I get a certain look on my face. I think i’d have gone completely insane without her tbh.

I was the good co-worker, everyone was always happy when they called me in. But now I only get "crappy" (beyond belief) co-workers constantly making issues out of non-issues and causing problems.

Yes. I once got hired into a bunch of drama between one group of employees and another. The woman who trained me made sure it didn't extend to me.

Yes, the previous place I worked, they were fabulous, for 6 years we worked together, I'd have paid them just to work there! I've not worked there now for 5 years ... and they still invite me, (not anyone else) out with them for nights out.

Which was why it was such a shock to encounter the problems I did in my present job.. it was truly vile!

People definitely make a job bearable or a torture!
