At work, would you rather want challenging or easy tasks?

I would want a 60/40 split, I love the challenge, but some times when having a challenge and you can't wrap your head around it it's best to have an easy task to focus on for a bit to see if inspiration strikes

Easy. I do like easy money.

A mix of both.
