Even once during my swimming I had to reply to a call during a meeting held by the CEO in his office

I did last week while I was doing a cross country move. it was Covid related so I understand.

I used to in many jobs I was in IT so when things failed it was common

They don't call me in but they expect me to work on the weekends when we are busy

used to, and we would comply, it was all always balanced out later.
