Is there an easy way to get work? Like a trick or method?

Think about a couple of part-time jobs for at least two reasons:

1) Money coming in
2) It's easier to find a job if you already have one - maybe because you come across as less desperate.

Once, I put an ad in the newspaper - "If you need it done and it's moral and legal, I'll do it."

Got a job as leaf raker, lawn mower, house cleaner, grocery shopper for an engineer from India - and got paid, which was the goal. Houseboy, essentially.

Think in terms of what you have to offer the employer in terms of your prior experience and eagerness to work. If you lack confidence in the new position, fake it until you make it.

Well no. I've even offered to volunteer and still been rejected.
