What’s the strangest job you’ve ever had?

Not strange, really, but I worked in a slaughterhouse for years :)

i was chosen amongst one or two hundred because of the quality of my nose. i was hired to visit communities close to pig farms and evaluate if the smell reaches residential areas and how bad it is. i then became some kind of head of the union because they refused to pay us invoking some crap i dont remember so i had everyone stop working until we all get checks. it worked.

I worked in fire tower for awhile, when I was young. It might not be all that strange, but I've never seen or heard anyone else mention having had the job in the years since. Not anyone except the friend who talked me into sharing the job with her, anyway. 🙂

I played the piano for a ballet class. I really enjoyed it.

Car jockey at a posh hotel. I got to drive expensive cars and got major tips.

When I was in college at work for this guy am I basic job was just to do whatever he needed although I don't think when he would send me to his house to get stuff I was supposed to have a quickie with his daughter every time but hey we were both in school together and what am I supposed to do when she answers the door with nothing but a towel on.

I washed siding on apartments

I cannot think of one myself, but when my late fiancee was a life insurance agent, she had one client that was a chicken chaser at a poultry slaughterhouse. It was his job to chase down chickens inside semi trailers that refused to come out.

Working janitorial at the welfare building and the City Hall filled with homeless people

Is it usual for a young girl get into plumbing ( I don’t remember though)

I'm around guns, drugs, and violent crime evidence all day long

I never did something strange for some change
