I never ever missed my job once but today i do

Yesterday i was a bit sick at work but i kept working and said nothing. but today its not so bad but i fear of going to work and start feeling sick again at the job. if that happens i'd be very unwell so i prefer to stay at home, take a day off today to rest myself from these hard days of work; and anyways ill restart tomorrow
