Do you think it's weird to have a boss that's younger than you?

As long as they are good at their job , I don't care how old they are...I've had bosses younger than me and they have asked my advice and I've always appreciated that they were willing to learn...

No. In this day, and age, many older workers are displaced for various reasons, and find themselves working at entry level jobs. Many times under people young enough to be their kids.

I do have one.... I’m 44 she is 25.... but she relies on me heavily for decision making since she was only 3 years old when I started working there!! 😂

No, as long as he/she is competent. It would bother me if the boss was younger and didn't know what he/she was doing.
