Does this mean I'm not getting the job?
Hi everyone,
so I had a phone call with an organization for my first interview. The woman really liked me and had me come in for a second interview. During the second interview, I really felt we had a connection. The interviewer was really happy with me and she had me meet others on the team. She even brought in one of her other colleagues to meet me and have a conversation, so the three of us had a really good time connecting and chatting. They did mention, however, that this is a really busy time period for them as they had just switched offices and are hiring for four other positions.
The interview lasted for over an hour and the woman said that the next stage is a meeting with the CEO. She told me that I would get a confirmation email by the end of the week stating the date of the third interview and she said the third interview would be early in the next week.
This was last week and according to her timeline, then my third interview was supposed to be early this week, however, I haven't received any email. I sent an email following up with her this afternoon and haven't received anything. I'm a little confused and worried. With all of the great signs I thought there would be a third interview for sure. Should I keep waiting or do you think I should give up the idea of the third interview?
