My work place makes me use my all my vacation time

I can’t get in payment only. The closest I can come to that is use a half day and work more than half a day. If I use a whole day I can’t show up. If I don’t schedule my time they will do it for me they have before. I enjoy being off but I save Incase I need it and I wait till I get told I must use it. I do use some as the year goes of course. So now I don’t think I work a full week the rest of the year. The other problem is I loose OT and I need the money. But I don’t have a choice.
