OK, for all of you SW Attorneys out there ... can a Respondent in a Divorce case

make a Request for Production of Documents and an Interrogatory addressed to the Petitioner before the mandatory mediation hearing ?

The Respondent received one from the Plaintiff´s attorney , can she do the same in return ?
