Is there such a thing as being too passionate?

I had an interview today for a job I am really passionate about. I think I articulated myself well but mumbled a bit when I got lost in the passion for it. My interviewers said they could tell. I’d like the job but also not stressing because it just affects my wellbeing, particularly when you think you’ve done well, get good feedback but still get rejected. So I am having low expectations.
