Patient birthdays?

So as a Billing Manager at the chiropractic office I work at, I feel like I should be doing more for my patients instead of just taking their money. 🤷🏾‍♀️ So I want to celebrate their birthdays. Does anyone have some good but simple ideas that I can do to show my patients appreciation for their birthdays? So far I want to get them a card. (My boss won’t let me do balloons lol) thank you!
