Have you ever gotten a request from someone on LinkedIn even if you never registered there?

What does that mean? Is this person really trying to contact me or does LinkedIn do it by itself and this person might not even be aware that I got the request?

I get those too, from people I don't know. It's a scam to get your contact info so they can send you spam and use your email account.

Yes there is a person from EP pearlleaderman, I must have given her my email, well she keeps on sending me LinkedIn requests, probably 12 times now, and I do not have nor ever had an account there

@SW-User I would like to know if she even knows that you got requests from her. I've heard that this site does such shifty things.

LinkedIn uses a person's contact list to spread, so if they had you in their contact list and said, "Sure, send to all my contacts", there ya go.

@CrazyMusicLover Any of your friends who may be on LinkedIn. It could even be coworkers who are there. LinkedIn tends to be rather aggressive with figuring out email addresses from other people.
