It doesn't sound like the job is for you. I would find something that is a better fit.

Have you talked to your immediate supervisor about your concerns privately? I remember feeling this way a few times. If you have a good boss, they will help you find solutions.

Do you really like your job? Maybe you need a change. Pursue something you're passionate about.
