Whats the point of having a resume if every application makes me fill out my work history manually?

Isn’t that the truth!! That’s always aggravated me, too.

Don't put your work history on your resume, just list your skills and qualifications. Saves space for the important stuff and as you noted the work history will be on the application.

One of the most frustrating things about looking for a job these days. I have no idea why they can’t self populate these forms with a cv upload. It’s puts you off even wanting to look for a job 😒

You're gonna do a lot of stuff that annoys you at work. They wanna see that you can handle it.

HR bullshit. They use all that shit to prescreen you before your resume is passed off.
