what do you hate most about job interviews?

for me it's not the answering the questions part, it's more about having to stare at them the whole time and listen to them about something that they're explaining when i ususally have no idea what they're talking about.

Contrived interview.

Impersonal , templated and most worry about educational accomplishment. .
Not experience.

I miss interviews. I could pass everyone of them. Now they do everything online and if you say one word they do not like, they sort you out by computer. No interview for you.

This causes them to loose sooooo many good employees.
